     Pepper Jack Burgers

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup shredded pepperjack
8 buns
 
Instructions
Combine beef, crumbs, ketchup and onion powder. Divide into 16 portions on waxed paper.
Top with cheese after made into patties. Grill over medium-high heat. Toast buns!!
