1-2 Herbed Pre-cooked chicken (found at any grocery or Sam’s) torn into bite-size pieces
1 box/package Rotini or Penne or Bowtie Pasta
1 package Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
Toasted Pine Nuts
Fresh Grated Parmesan or Asiago type Cheese
Lots of Basil Pesto
Blanched Broccoli
 
Instructions
No measurements for this one. Use lots of tomatoes and broccoli and enough pesto so that everything is covered in sauce, but not drowning in it.
