     Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
7/8 cup water
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup old fashion oats
2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons buttermilk powder
2 teaspoons yeast
 
Instructions
Add water. Add butter, sugar, salt, oats, flour, and buttermilk powder. Make well in dry ingredients and add yeast.
Use White bread setting. Makes a 1.5 lbs loaf.
