1 1/2 lb sweet potatoes, cut into spears
|
| |
1 1/2 lb idaho or russet potatoes, cut into spears
|
| |
1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dresssing ( not calorie wise)
|

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
|
| |
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
|

Instructions |

|
|
Preheat overn to 375 F. Toss potatoes with dressing. Pleace on lightly greased baking sheet of 15x10x1 inch baking pan.

Cook 30 minutes. Turn potatoes., Cook an additional 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheese during the last 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
