preheat oven to 325 grease 8 inch pan and line
with parchment paper.place flour and margarine in
a food processor ans process for a min until it
starts to bind.add coconut sugar and vanilla blend
until throughly combined put the mix in the pan
spread into corners pressing down and flattening
with a fork bake for 25-30 min or until pale
golden leave to cool in pan spread with jam then
carefully lift out of pan place jame covered
cookie on a bored and cut into 9 squares scatter
chopped cherries over each square and sprinkle
with toasted coconut
