Mix together beaten eggs, salt and milk. Add flour (1 cup) to make rough dough. On two long sheets of wax paper, put 1/2 cup flour and roll out dough on wax paper to a thin consistency. Leave for 1 hour, then turn over and leave 1/2 to 1 hour more. Cut into spaghetti or noodle size. (On a humid day, use more flour.)
