Peel, pit and mas avocados in bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in bowl. To assemble, spread bean dip on a serving platter. Top with avocado mixture; layer sour cream mixture next; sprinkle with onions, black olives and tomatoes. Then cover with cheddar cheese. Serve chilled at room temperature with tortilla chips. Prepared guacamole can be substituted for the avacado, lemon juice, salt and pepper mixture.
