Pour flour in large bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion powder.
Cut chuck roast into cubes. Toss meat in flour. Pour into foil lined roasting
pan.
Toss all drained veggies in remaining flour. Pour into roasting pan.
Mix together tomato sauce, sugar, tapioca, and V8. Pour over meat
and veggies. Stir.
Bake at 275 degrees for 3 1/2 - 6 hours or until meat is tender.
