Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line tray with
baking paper.

|
Sift flour into mixing bowl, add cream and lemonade.
Fold until combined.

|
Pour onto floured surface, roll to 1 inch thick. Cut
with floured scone cutter.
|
|
|
Place on tray with one inch either side. Do not
allow to touch. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.

Serve with jam and thick cream.
