Preheat a large saute pan on medium-high.
Combine flour and seasoned salt in shallow bowl
Dredge fish in mixture
Add 1 Tbsp butter to pan , swirl to coat.
Cook fish 3 minutes (do not turn)
Add 1 Tbsp butter, turn fish and cook 1-2 minutes or until flesh is opaque and separates easily with a fork. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Place 1 Tbsp butter in pan, add wine and lemon juice. cook 1-2 minutes stirring often, until thickened. Stir in parsley, spoon sauce over fish. Serve with angel hair pasta.
