Remove gills from mushrooms. Place on foil lined sprayed baking sheet. Broil 4 min.
Heat nonstick skillet coated with spray over medium heat. Add garlic and tomato mixture to pan. Saute 2 min.; remove from heat. Stir in rice, 3/4 C. cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
Turn mushrooms over; sprinkle with pepper. Divide rice evenly among mushrooms; sprinkle evenly 1/4 C. cheese. Broil 3 min. or until cheese melts.
