1 T dried basil

1/4 tsp. salt

1 large unpeeled potato, cut into wedges

Instructions |
|
|
In a shallow bowl, combine the cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Brush the cut sides of the potato wedges with oil and dip them into the cheese mixture.
|
|
|
Place in an ungreased 8 inch pan.
|
|
|
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 min. or until tender.
