1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/4 teaspoon ground tumeric

4 kaffir lime leaves, shredded

1.5 kilo chuck steak, cubed

1 cup coconut cream

2 tablespoons fish sauce

Instructions |
|
|
Heat large frying pan, add all curry ingredients,
coriander, turmeric, lime leaves, cook until fragrant. Add beef and cook until brown.

Place beef mixture and all other ingredients into
slow cooker, stir to combine.
