Heat grill to medium. Place the chicken breasts in a large ziploc bag and add 2 Tbsp. of the dressing. Close and toss to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Place chicken breasts on the grill for 6 minutes. Do not turn. Chop tomato and place in small bowl. Add the cheese and basil and the rest of the dressing. Mix together.
Place a piece of foil on the grill. Turn breasts over and place on foil. Spoon bruschetta mixture on top of each breast. Cook for an addition 8 minutes.
Can be done under broiler in oven.
