Peel Entire 5 lb Bag of Idaho Potatoes and Put in Large Pot. Add Salted Water to Apx 2 Inches Over Potatoes. Dice Up and Add to Pot Onion and Celery. Add One Packet of Chicken Seasoning. Bring To Boil. Potatoes Should Become Tender.

Drain Potatoes Saving Apx 1-2 Cups of Water. Add One Can of Chicken Broth. Add Additional Salt. Add Pepper and Potato Seasoning to Taste. Continue to Boil Until Potatoes Are Tender all the Way Through. Taste. If Not Hearty, Add Back Some of the Saved Water.

Put Heat On Low Simmer and Add Milk and Stick of Butter. Cover Pot With Lid. DO NOT Let Boil. Check and Stir Frequently From the Bottom to Keep Soup From Sticking.

Let Sit Apx 15 Minutes Until Desired Thickness. If Needed Mash Up Potatoes With Fork to Desired Thickness. Add Shredded Cheese and Bacon Bits to Soup if Desired.
