Make meatballs-
1. In tablespoon of butter, sauté onion 3 mins. or till golden
2. In large bowl, combine cream, 1/2 cup water and bread crumbs. Add onions, ground meats, eggs, salt, pepper, allspice and cloves. Toss lightly, nix well.
3. With a teaspoon, shape into 80 meatballs 3/4 inch in diameter. Sauté in butter, a few at a time.

Make sauce-
1. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of . drippings from saucepan.
2. Stir in flour till smooth.
3. Gradually stir in cream and 1 cup water.
4. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
5. Add salt, pepper and seasoning.
6. Add meatballs, heat gently 5 minutes until hot.
7. Turn into chafing dish or crock pot to keep warm
