Make Graham cracker crust. Press into the bottom and sides of a 8 or 8.5-inch spring form pan.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in sour cream. Spread in pan.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until firm. Turn off oven, leaving door slightly ajar, and allow cheesecake to remain inside at least one hour (to prevent cracking).

Cool in pan. Chill 4 hours,
