Beat egg whites until foamy.
Beat in cream of tartar.
Gradually add in sugar. Beat until stiff.

Fold in cracker crumbs, chopped pecans and vanilla.
|
|
|
Put in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
|
|
|
Cool and add topping. Cool.
