Cook sausage, onion, garlic, and oil in 1 tbs. butter for 12 minutes.
In another pan cook 3 tbs. butter and mushrooms for 8 minutes.
Add mushrooms to sausage mixture with juice and salt and pepper. simmer 5 minutes. Stir in parsley, set aside.
Pre-heat oven to BROIL. Melt rest of butter and dip each slice of bread.
Top with sausage mixture and broil.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
