Cook chicken breasts in oven until done. Cool, then cut into bite sized cubes, set aside.
Cut up wonton rice wrappers and fry in hot oil, a few at a time, until lightly browned on each side. Cool on paper towels.
Toast almonds and sesame seeds together until lightly browned on each side. Cool and set aside.
Cut lettuce and place in a bowl. Combine all ingredients and add dressing. Enjoy!
Dressing- Dissolve all ingredients except oil over low heat. Set aside and cool. Combine oil with mixture. Toss on salad at last minute.
