Boil macaroni according to package direction. Mix in carrots and frozen peas within the last minutes. Drain.
Melt margarine in saucepan, make white sauce with flour, milk and wholegrain mustard. Add salt and 1/3 cup of tasty cheese.
Mix macaroni, tuna, mustard sauce, green onions, 1/3 cup cheese, pepper. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs mixed with 1/3 cup tasty cheese.
Bake in 170 FF for 20 mins or until golden brown.
