2.5 litres Water
|

25 g salt

Few drops of cooking oil

Instructions |

Boil the water. Add salt, and oil.
|
|
|
To the boiling water, slowly add the pasta and continue cooking for approx 10-15 mins stirring occasionally, till pasta is al dente.
|

|
Firm Pasta - 10 mins cooking,
Soft Pasta - 15 mins,
Very soft Pasta - 20 mins.
|
|
|
Drain the cooked pasta and rinse in fresh cold water and keep aside.
