Put in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting-melt in a saucepan-
1/4 c butter
Add-
1/3 c cream
3/4 c brown sugar
|

Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute. Then add 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c powdered sugar. Mix with mixer until smooth. Spread on cool cake.

NOTES- if using frozen rhubarb, cook with 1/4 c water & 1/3 c sugar until done. Cool the mixture and add to cake batter.
