65 ml each of Butter and Oil mixed
|

Crumbed Blue Cheese with fresh or canned pear slices

Avocado and freshly grated Parmesan with chives
|

Salami strips with sage
|
|
Ripe Brie cheese with green fig preserve
|
|
Tomato salsa, pitted olives and fresh herbs
|
|
Goats milk cheese, sun dried tomatoes with fresh basil
|

Instructions |
|
|
Brush both sides of bread slices with butter and oil mixture.
|
|
|
Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180șC for 10
minutes or until crisp and golden brown, turning once.

|
Top with chosen topping, drizzle a little olive oil over and grill
briefly to heat through
