Do this in a cuisinart ( food processor)
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch green onions, bottom whites and top greens only
1- 4 inch piece gingerroot, peeled and cut into chunks
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp' salt
6 Tbsp. sesame oil
2/3 c. peanut butter ( I use Jiffy)
2/3 c. white wine vinegar
3/4 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. canola oil
1 heaping tsp. hot curry paste ( I use to get this at Fresh Market, but they quit carrying it, so now I order it online--- I ordered a case, so I will give you some)

In cuisinart, add garlic, spin to mince. Add onions and ginger, mince with on/off turns. Add sugar, mustard, salt, and combine with on/off turns. Add peanut butter and sesame oil, combine. With machine running, slowly add through the chute the vinegar, then soy, then oil ( very slowly or sauce will separate). Add curry paste and spin to blend.
Marinate chicken breasts in a little bit of sauce for about 30 mins. Then grill. Top with more sauce, sliced green onion tops, and chopped cocktail peanuts.
