Marinade-
2-3 cups basil leaves
2-4 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper
2/3 – 1 cup olive oil
Process together in Cuisinart, adding the oil last. Add 2 lbs. of peeled, deveined shrimp with tails on to marinade and refrigerate for several hours.

Aioli-
Basil leave
4-6 cloves garlic
2-3 lemons
4- heaping spoonfuls of Hellman’s light mayonnaise
Salt to taste
2/3 – 1 cup olive oil
Fill the Cuisinart ˝ full with basil leaves. Process basil and garlic, then adding lemon juice, mayo and salt. Add olive oil slowly inn the end while processing.
