Boil Spaghetti according to package directions.
Reserve about 1 cup of the cooking water when
draining.

Warm about 2 table spoons of olive oil in a
skillet on medium heat. Add the crushed red pepper
flakes to infuse the oil. Add the minced garlic to
further infuse the oil. Add the diced onions and
saute. Add the Spinach and saute. Add the white
beans and gently turn to incorporate.

In a large pot combine the spinach bean mixture into
the cooked spaghetti. If it seems too dry add some
of the reserved cooking liquid and a touch more
olive oil.

Feel free to add grilled chicken or shrimp as well
