1/2 box of spaghetti noodles

10 large grape tomatoes

6 baby portabella mushrooms
|

12 mid-sized shrimp, or 1 chicken breast

3/4 cup low-fat sour cream
|

1/4 packet of ranch dip mix
|
|
1/2 pack of cream cheese
|
|
1 tablespoon of garlic
|

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
mix olive oil, sour cream, ranch packet, cream cheese, garlic in a pot - bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat
|

Boil water and add Spaghetti noodles
|
|
|
Add mushrooms to sauce mix
|
|
|
When the Spaghetti is done, add shrimp and tomatoes to sauce mix. Drain pasta and top with sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Suggestions |
|
Serve with garlic bread. Chicken breast can also be used as a substitute to the shrimp. Grill chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil.
