Grease a 9 inch pie pan and set aside.Measure out almonds and chocolate pieces and set aside. Put butter and sugar into a 1 quart heavy pan and set timer for 7 minutes once flame is on. When it has cooked for the seven minutes turn off burner and pour into pie pan and swirl to even out, let cool.
Melt chocolate chips in a double broiler and smooth over toffee. Let cool. Next melt white chocolate in double broiler, then put into a decorating bag and drizzle over the dark chocolate,let cool and break into pieces.
