3 cans black beans
|
|
11/2 cup salsa
|
|
1 tsp cumin
|
|
2 cups low-sodium stock(chicken, beef, or vegetable)

1/2 cup low fat sour cream
|
|
1-2 green onions chopped fine
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Throw the beans, salsa, cumin and stock into a food processor. Puree until creamy in texture.
|
|
|
Pour mixture into a medium sized pot and place on low-medium heat until it is completely hot. This allows flavors to merge.
|

|
Garnish with sour cream adn onions
|
