To keep- Blend all ingredients in a blender, cover
with oil, refrigerate for up to a month.
To Use- Place all ingredients in hot pan with oil,
cook until fragrence is released. Add meat,
vegetables and coconut cream. Simmer 20 minutes,
serve over noodles or rice.
