5 cups cooked chicken cut1 1/2 cup green grapes in chunks
1 1/2 cup celery sliced
1 cup pineapple tidbits drained
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1 c toasted slivered almond or nuts
1 to 1 1/2 cup mayo
can add 3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
Combine chicken, oil, oj, vinegar and salt. Let stand while preparing remaining ingredients (or refrig mixutre overnight). When ready to serve, gently toss all ingredients together.
