1 egg

3/4 cup soft bread crumbs

1/2 cup water
|

1/4 cup chopped onion
|

1/2 tsp. salt

dash pepper

1 & 1/2 cup water
|
|
2 beef bullion cubes
|
|
|
|
1/3 cup brown sugar
|
|
1/4 cup dark raisins
|
|
2 & 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
|
|
1/2 cup coarse ginger snap crumbs

Instructions |
|
|
Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, water, onion, salt and pepper.
Make small balls
|
|
|
Boil 1 & 1/2 cup water, and stir in boullion cubes and everything
else.
|
|
|
Add meatballs and cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes, turn
over and cook another 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Cook as long as possible (leave on low simmer all day).
