Combine all in lidded container; keeps for up to 3 months
Pancakes-
2 eggs, separated
2 c butermilk
4 tbsp melted butter
2 c pancake mix (above)
butter for greasing
Instructions
Heat griddle to 350, oven to 200. Whisk egg whites and
buttermilk in one bowl; egg yolks with butter in another.
Combine these two in large bowl and beat until thoroughly
combined.
Pour liquid mix on top of pancake mix. Mix until it just
comes together- don't overdo it.
Lightly butter griddle and make pancakes in batches.
Serving

Fruit, Nutella, syrup, whipped cream, etc
