Preheat oven to 325; grease cake pans. In large mixing
bowl mix flour, soda, powder, salt and cocoa.

In large mixing bowl mix sugar and oil until well
combined. Add eggs one at a time, then buttermilk and
red food coloring, and stir until combined. Then add in
coffee and vinegar and mix well.

|
Add liquid mixture to flour mixture a little at a time
beating until well combined and smooth. Pour batter into
pans and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
2 tbsp milk
4 tbsp soft butter
1 tsp vanilla
Powdered sugar to taste/texture of choice (about 1.1/2
c or so)
