Mix the dough ingredients with water (3/4c or so). You may let dough rest for 20 minutes but it isn't necessary. Roll dough out util then and then cut into squares.
Mix the filling ingredients and place 1 tablespoon of the mixture in each dough square. Fold dough over and seal edges. Drop in boiling water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and brown in oil.
