2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
|
|
2 cups pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix
|
|
6 well beaten eggs
|
|
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
|
|
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
|

1 medium onion, finely chopped
|
|
1 stick oleo, melted
|
|
1 TB garlic salt
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat spinach thru. Add no water. Drain well.
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients together. Mix well. For into small balls about
1 inch in diameter. Place on cookie sheet.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
|
|
|
Makes about 52 small balls. (May be frozen before baking. Freeze on
cookie sheet. Then store in ziploc Baggie.)
