2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
|
|
1 can cream of chicken soup
|
|
1 small carton sour cream
|
|
1 carrot, grated (optional)
|
|
dash of garlic salt
|
|
1 stick butter
|
|
1 box stove top chicken stuffing
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine soup, sour cream, carrot and garlic salt. Combine mixture
with sliced squash. Pour into 9 X 13 baking dish.

Melt butter and mix with dry stuffing. Spread stuffing over squash.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes covered. Uncover and return to
oven for 20 minutes.
