Combine green chili mix, chicken broth in 6 quart pot over medium high heat.
Heat until mixture just begins to boil. Meanwhile, dice chicken and biscuits into bite size pieces.
Add biscuits and pepper to boiling stew mixture; stir every 2 minutes for 8 minutes- then add chicken and cream.
Reduce heat and simmer gently.
