this is really good...i make it all the time -)
cut each breast in half and coat eggs then in italian style bread crumbs and bake uncovered in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins or till no longer pink. then spoon some ragu alfredo sauce onto each piece of chicken and top with mozzerella cheese and diced tomatoes. put it back into the oven for another 5 mins or until cheese is melted. boil the bowtie pasta and mix with the alfredo sauce and top with the chicken -) great recipe!
Mushrooms are an option...
