1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs (2 slices of bread, cut into cubes, work)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Cook sprouts according to package directions and drain well. Cut
into fourths and set aside.
Combine eggs, half the crumbs, soups, cheese, onions, and a dash
of pepper. Fold in sprouts.
Transfer to a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking
spray. Combine the remaining bread crumbs and butter. Layer on
top of sprouts and bake uncovered for 35 minutes on 350.
