Spread one can crescent rolls on bottom of pan and press seams together. In bowl, mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar till mixed well. When soft enough, spread over rolls in pan. Spread other rolls on top and press seams together.
Melt stick butter and pour over top layer of rolls. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mix and nuts.
Bake around 30 min or until golden brown on the edges. Refrigerate leftovers.
