|
we burn the sugar in a non stick pan and while it's still liquid we pour it in a mald
(watch out it's very hot)

|
we put all the other ingrediants in the blender.
|
|
|
we pour the ingrediants on top of the sugar and we put it in the oven for about an hour inside a water pan .
|
|
|
we put in in the fridge for a full day and before serving we heat the mold ( to melt the sugar) and then we flip it in a nice dish .
