|
Bottom- we melt the butter and grind the biscuits.
then we mix them together by hand and we spread them on a cheese cake mald.

we put the above in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden and held together.
we let cool outside or in the fridge
|

Topping- we put all the other ingredients (except the emon zest) in the blender and then we pour on top of the biscuits in the mald.
|
|
|
we put in the fridge for 3 hours at least and then we sprinkle the lemon zest on top for decoration before serving.

The amount of lemon juice cann be changed according to liking, We can put fruit on top like strawberries .
