(Or replace cheddar and onion with 1 can Ortega green chilies and jack cheese)
Instructions
Arrange 6 slices of bread in buttered 12 x 8 x 2 pan. Cover with cheese then the rest of the bread. In a bowl, beat eggs, add milk, and remaining ingredients. Pour over bread. Refrigerate one hour.
Bake, uncovered 325 degrees for 50 minutes, until puffy and brown.
