Brownies- Melt chocolate and butter in microwave or in top of double boiler over hot water. In separate bowl beat eggs and sugar until ivory-colored. Add flour, extract and melted chocolate-butter mixture. Stir together and pour into buttered and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

Mint Cream- Beat powdered sugar, 6 Tablespoons softened butter, Half and Half (or milk), 1-1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract and green food coloring together until creamy. spread over cooled brownies. Chill 1-1/2 hours.

Glaze- Melt semi-sweet chocolate and 4 Tablespoons butter in microwave or over hot water in double boiler. Spread hot mixture over the chilled mint cream. Chill again before cutting.
