In a bowl mix melted butter and both cans of corn. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Add Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, mix thoroughly. Fold in shredded chedder cheese.

Spray a deep dish casserole with Pam. Pour mixture in the casserole. Place into a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake for about 45 minutes to one hour. It is done when it is browned on top and not jiggly in the middle.

You can double the recipe and bake in a 9X13 casserole or cake pan. Do not double the amount of butter or it will be too greasy.
