Combine carmels, 1/3 c milk in top of a double boiler until melted(hot not boiling)set aside. Combine cake mix, oleo and remaining milk and nuts in large bowl, mix well. Press half of mixture into a greased and foured 13,9 cake pan. Bake 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces, spread carmel mixture over dough, crumble remaining dough over carmel and bake 15-18 minutes, cool and cut into squares.
