Scald milk, add shortening, salt, sugar, stir and cool to luke warm. Add yeast and stir. Add well beaten eggs. Add flour and knead to a smooth dough. Cover, raise till doubled.
Roll 1/2inch thick on flour board. Cut with cutter, place in greased pan 1 inch apart. Cover, let rise until doubled. Fry in deep fat, roll in sugar and cinnamon.
