Blend together water and salad dressing mix - place in crock pot. Add chicken to crock pot. Cover. Cook on low 3 hours or until chicken is done. Remove chicken from crock pot leaving juices in the pot. Combine cream cheese and soup until blended. Stir in mushrooms. Blend soup mixture with juices in crock pot. Place chicken back in crock pot. Cover. cook on low until alfredo sauce is smooth and hot. Serve over noodles or rice.
